We never rush the process, which is why we work on more than one pet at a time to get through all five steps for proper grooming. First, we settle in your pet and love on them and help them relax. If your pet needs any pre-shaving, we'll do it as they get set up in their kennel with a mat and towel.

Next, we bathe your pet with a luxury bath and high-quality non-detergent pet shampoo and conditioner. We cater the shampoo to your pet's coat and skin. Then, they are rinsed, and the leave-in conditioner is applied to help with static and protect the coat while drying.

From here, we dry your pet by hand from head to toe with attention to every hair on their body. We put them back in the kennel for a short break since this part exhausts pets sometimes. Once your pet is ready, we'll brush and comb before finishing up. We'll work with you to give you the cut of your choice.
